Zeal Protein PB & J Snack Balls

Happy happy Thursday y'all!! Today has been a slow day on the workout front. My 10K is THIS Sunday (eeekkkk) and the Tone It Up Bikini Series starts Monday. The next 8 weeks are going to be ah mazing and I am getting myself and my fridge ready for the series. What's the Bikini Series? It's an 8 week challenge to get you in bikini mode by following along with the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan and Beach Babe workouts. I. Can't. Wait!

So in getting prepared for the challenge, I made these awesome little snacks....great for post workout or mid-afternoon snack! They are yummy!

Servings 3-4
Makes about 8 snack balls, serving size 2-3


2 scoops Zeal Vanilla Protein
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pitted dates
3/4 cup peanuts (unsalted)
2 TBP natural peanut butter

Put ingredients in your food processor and whazz it up! Once, it is all chopped up good, transfer to a bowl and knead until well combined. Form 1 inch balls and pop in the freezer to store.
